This retreat is designed to offer a unique and holistic experience that combines the benefits of contrast therapy, yoga, breathwork, and winter wellness practices.
Contrast therapy with infrared sauna and ice bath combines the benefits of both heat and cold therapy. This therapy involves alternating between the use of an infrared sauna and an ice bath, which helps to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms and promotes overall detoxing and wellness.

The infrared sauna uses heat to penetrate the skin which helps to improve circulation and promote relaxation. The infrared rays also help to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which can improve skin tone and promote a more youthful appearance. Infra Red therpay has amazing benefits for your immune system and lymphatic system.
Ice baths help to reduce inflammation, boosts immunity and promotes muscle recovery. The cold water also helps to reduce soreness and joint pain, making it an ideal therapy for recovery or those with chronic pain conditions.
During a cacao ritual, guests are offered a warm cup of pure cacao, which is made from ground cacao beans and mixed with spices and other natural ingredients. The cacao is consumed as a beverage and is believed to have various medicinal properties, such as promoting heart health, boosting energy levels, and enhancing mood.
After the workshop, you will be equipped with a new set of tools, training and knowledge to upgrade your daily life. We all have the innate ability to be Healthy, Strong and Happy.

This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, I advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional.

About your hosts:
Claire is a registerd Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and has over 500hrs of Yoga training, is currently studying Yoga Therapy and is the owner of Common Rituals Collective.
As a trauma-informed yoga teacher with lived experince in deep and complex trauma, Claire approaches each class with compassion, sensitivity, and understanding. She recognises that each individual comes with their own unique experiences and endeavours to create a safe and supportive environment where all students feel seen and heard. Her training in trauma-informed yoga has provided the tools to guide students through practices that are gentle, grounding, and empowering. Claire prioritize creating a sense of safety and control in each class, providing students with options and modifications.
Robbie, Wim Hof Certified Instructor is committed to helping you get to a place of grounding, peace and calm. He offers a safe environment to show you how to tap into the tools within you to support you in becoming more present, happier, healthier and stronger.
As your instructor, he will pass on his knowledge and work with you to reach your goals. You have the tools you need inside of you - and together, you will work towards unlocking your potential.
Robbie's own path has been walked with highs and lows, finally coming to a point where he is able to confidently face challenges head-on which transpired to following his heart and calling down the path of becoming a Certified Instructor in order to share these powerful tools with the world and wants to support and help you confidently do the same.
