Heart Centered Yin, Cacao and Herbal Tea Workshop

Join us for a beautiful heart centred workshop where we drop into our heart space with the aid of the ancient plant medicine - Cacao. 

The main ingredient in chocolate – Cacao, is a plant medicine for both the physical heart and the heart chakra. It’s used in Cacao ceremonies to unlock the heart space, awaken our senses and our heart chakra (anahata) in order to begin our inner healing. Cacao allows us to access the higher energies of love, connection, and joy.

Claire will guide you through a gentle breath practice and meditation to connect with your heart and tap into self love and joy followed by a sequence of heart opening Yin Yoga postures. 

Through the second half of the workshop we will taste and explore the consciously created Organic Merchant blends of raw cacao powder and functional super herbs as well as naturopathically blended herbal teas whilst learning about the ingredients and how they can support your needs.
