Ritual Class: Full Moon
Ritual Classes are a little more special than your average Yoga class. Each one different from the others, but all weaving elements of magic throughout. Ritual classes incorporate Meditation, Breath, Movement, Sound Healing, Nature, Oracle Cards, Journalling and Ceremony.

Celebrate the Full Moon!
Full moons are illuminating. They are a time of letting go, releasing anything that no longer serves and revisiting your goals. This is the perfect time to check-in and ask yourself “What challenges have I been ignoring?” And “What is one thing I can do right now in order to grow?”
The evening will begin with Oracle cards and breathwork or Pranayma, then a guided meditation and intention setting before moving through a Lunar themed Yoga flow.
We will complete the ceremony with a Full Moon Releasing Ritual.
BYO yoga mat or towel, water bottle, bloster, cushion, journal, crystals, blanket and anything else you feel aligns!
Allow 1 hour plus extra time for shopping!
