Join us for the Full Moon in Leo! We will begin with a meditation and intention setting then move through a Moon flow before aligning with the moons energy with some gentle Yin Yoga. Completing the ceremony with a full moon releasing ritual, oracle cards and if you're feeling it - a sunset dip!

Celebrate the Full Moon in Leo!
Full moons are about letting go, releasing and revisiting your goals. This is a favourable time to check-in and ask yourself “What challenges have I been ignoring?” And “What is one thing I can do right now in order to grow?”
We will begin with a meditation and intention setting then move through a Moon Yoga flow before aligning with the moons energy through some gentle Yin Yoga.
We will complete the ceremony with a full moon releasing ritual, oracle cards and if you're feeling it - a sunset dip!
BYO yoga mat or towel, bloster, cushion, journal, crystals, blanket and anything else you feel aligns!
Maybe bring a cardi/ jumper or sarong if required for after the dip

Park at the Seashells end of Town Beach (in the carpark with the bottleshop) We will set up near the curved bay area as its more sheltered!
