Ritual Class: Full Moon in Virgo
Ritual Classes are a little more special than your average Yoga class. Each one different from the others, but all weaving elements of magic throughout. Ritual classes incorporate Meditation, Breath, Movement, Sound Healing, Nature, Oracle Cards, Journalling and Ceremony.

Celebrate the Full Moon in Virgo!
Full moons are illuminating. They are a time of letting go, releasing anything that no longer serves and revisiting your goals. This is the perfect time to check-in and ask yourself “What challenges have I been ignoring?” And “What is one thing I can do right now in order to grow?”
The evening will begin in a circle on the beach, starting off with some breathwork or Pranayma, then a guided meditation and intention setting before moving through a Lunar themed Yoga flow.
We will complete the ceremony with a Full Moon Releasing Ritual, oracle cards and if you're feeling it - a Moonlit dip!
BYO yoga mat or towel, water bottle, bloster, cushion, journal, crystals, blanket and anything else you feel aligns!
Depending on weather - bring a cardi/ jumper if required for after the dip
Please note this Full Moon falls on the Monday Public Holiday of the long weekend.

Park at the Seashells end of Town Beach (in the carpark with the bottleshop) We will set up near the curved bay area as its more sheltered!
