The New Moon is a magical and powerful times to connect to your self, connect to your heart and inner guidance and to set some intentions for the month and life ahead. The new moon signals the start of a fresh cycle.

Our New Moon Ritual Classes include the following, but are organic in nature and flow with the energy of the group.

~ An opening introduction & discussion around the Lunar theme and astrological energy. ~ Breathwork or Pranayama

~Yoga flow to move stuck energy and make room for creation.

~ Sound bath and Guided Meditation taking you into a dream like state of deep peace.

~ Somatic Embodiment to drop you deep into your body and it's wisdom.

~ New Moon intention setting and manifesting practice.

~ Essential oils and oracle cards to tap into your intuition.

~ Sharing and connection

Additional modalities and rituals are explored depending on the theme of the moon.
