Ladies HQ runs fun female-only events, personal development workshops, coaching and online motivational programs. We focus on identifying strengths, goals, aspirations and desires to live the life you deserve! Our monthly meet-ups help you try new things, get out of your comfort zones, meet like-minded ladies and most importantly have fun!!

BYO Yoga mat or towel and water bottle. 

Wear something sretchy and comfortable that you can move in. 

This event is free for Ladies HQ VIP members and $10 for everyone else!
